Doctor’s prescription is not required to receive massage therapy but may be required by your private health care plan. Every plan is different therefore, the easiest way to determine if one is needed is to phone the number on the back of your insurance card.
* If prescription is required it must be dated before your treatment date for the insurance company to accept it.

Session Cancellation Policy:

For the health and safety of all clients, I reserve the right to cancel a session if a client arrives under the influence of alcohol or drugs.

This policy ensures a safe and supportive environment, allowing me to focus on effective treatment. Also, sessions will be immediately cancelled if a client engages in unacceptable behaviour, including but not limited to Inappropriate or disrespectful comments or actions, harassment of any kind, or any behaviour that violates the therapist's personal or professional boundaries.

In such cases, full payment for the session will still be required, and the client may be prohibited from booking future appointments. Thank you for respecting this policy and ensuring a comfortable experience for all.

If you arrive late for your scheduled massage treatment, your session will still end at the originally scheduled time to accommodate the next client. You will receive treatment for the remaining time and be charged the full amount as booked. I appreciate your understanding and respect for everyone’s time.
